We have created an ethical, team oriented, and quality work environment for our employees that cultivates achievement and success.Reporting to the Pharmacist-In-Charge and Staff Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Service Representative will act as the patient's advocate to ensure that the prescribed drug therapy, pharmacy assessment and pharmacy care plan are followed as prescribed and meets the medical, social, and personal needs of the patient.Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionSTD/LTDGroup Term LifeVoluntary Life and AD&D401K with Company MatchPaid Sick LeavePaid Time Off6 Paid HolidaysResponsibilities:Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications (both acute, IVIG and specialty) for scheduled infusion appointments.During communication with patients, understand how to properly complete assessment.Assists with determining patient availability for the Digital designation and will assist in education for the patient on using the Digital platform.Ensures that patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedule.Responds to patient calls timely and appropriately.Obtains and updates necessary patient demographic and related data according to policies and procedures.Data enters relevant communications in progress notes of pharmacy operating system.Assists with picking and packing products in preparation for shipping as requested.Attending meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the Company, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.other duties as assigned" under job duties/responsibilitiesRequirements:Healthcare experience requiredMust possess a current and in good standing Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Services experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office suite productsExperience with information technology a plusHave a drive for results, competitive spirit, and self-accountability for achievement of company goalsClear, concise communicationProven success across past career positionsPhysical Demands:Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment;?must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations?may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.InfuCare Rx is an equal opportunity employer.
