SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radition Oncology
- Licenses: Active KY License or Universal License (IMLC)
- DEA: DEA preferred, must have for assignment
- Certifications: BLS (preferred), ACLS (nice to have), PALs (nice to have), NRP (nice to have)
- Experience: Residency and fellowship completion required
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractic/background; must be available for listed dates
