Director - Treasury Deposits Analytics and Strategy

This role is part of the Treasury Data Science team within American Express Global Treasury organization, which serves as a center of excellence for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and various transformative initiatives leveraging Gen AI. The team plays a critical role in shaping enterprise balance sheet strategy, supporting key decision-making across liquidity management, capital allocation, funding strategy, and regulatory and internal scenario planning under stress. As a Director, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside the Corporate Treasurer as her strategic advisor for overall deposits, operating at the forefront of Treasury deposits analytics, optimal funding and long-term balance sheet strategy. This includes setting the agenda backed by insightful analytics across the deposits franchise, influencing business strategies and key balance sheet decisions, building new analytical capabilities within Treasury, and ensuring sound controls and governance of deposit pricing decisions.
