Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist provides hands on care and individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and function. The role supports a collaborative, patient-centered environment in a small-town setting. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent accredited PT education.
• Current, unrestricted Montana Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.
