Key Responsibilities\n \n Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client challenges and develop effective treatment strategies. \n Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients. \n Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and learning opportunities to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. As an LPCC, you will work with clients who may be seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New York State. \n A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting. \n A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred. \n Experience working with telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy services. \n Familiarity with evidence-based practices and contemporary mental health research. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance bonuses.
