Join our Adult Day Health team at Canas Day Center and provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to adults and seniors. This full-time opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships while working in a collaborative, community-based environment with a predictable daytime schedule.

Location: Canas Day Center | Springfield, MA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Wage: $36.00–$38.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 License Requirement: Active Massachusetts RN License Required Experience: 1+ Year of RN Experience Working with Medically Complex Individuals Language Preference: Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Active Massachusetts RN license required Minimum 1 year of RN experience working with medically complex individuals Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Experience supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred

Conduct health assessments and nursing evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor participant health and address medical concerns Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Provide medical guidance and training to program staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate participant care Maintain a safe, healthy, person-centered environment
