As a Client Service Manager, ensuring the financial performance of our service agreements and customer satisfaction are critical to our success. You’ll be working directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions. As a Client Service Manager, you will:  Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retentionBalance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilitiesDevelop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals, leveraging the company’s entire service and product portfolioDevelop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of workIdentify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalationsParticipate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewalsLead quoted service projects from estimation and onboarding through execution, ensuring successful deliver and customer satisfaction.
