Job Summary:
A Mammography Technologist position is available in Portland, Oregon. The role involves performing 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, fine needle aspirations, needle localizations, and screening mammograms. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires candidates to have a minimum of one year of experience and current certification in BLS and ARRT. The shift runs for 8 hours daily, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/27/2026. Candidates must be comfortable with floating between units and facilities as needed.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT certification, BLS certification, Oregon license (or pending license application), 1 year of mammography experience, familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system, and the ability to bring license on the first day.
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT
• Skills: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Inpatient, Outpatient
• Patient Care: Focused on adult patient population with daily census and patient ratio details not specified
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting from 07/27/2026
• Additional Information: Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The candidate must be willing to work during specified holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide previous work at Providence facilities (if applicable), two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, and answer specific questions regarding their work history with Providence.
