Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in South Burlington, Vermont. This staff, ongoing position offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a strong work/life balance. Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients' needs. Make home visits to clients within the assigned geographic territory. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Engage in case management and coordination of care. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care using a state-of-the-art tablet. Qualifications A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
