Primary Care Physician OpportunityCompensation: Salary $260k+ Incentive Bonus. In order to achieve our vision and deliver our mission, we need the best primary care providers and clinical leaders that are seeking to fulfill purpose and personal opportunity and join the team. Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.RoleCompensation: Base $260k + 50K sign on bonusBonus: Up to 20k year 1 and goes up as a partner.Partnership: No buy-in. Usually within 12-18 months. 65% have made partner after 1 year. As a partner will make over $300k18 patients a dayHours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)Work/Life BalanceSmall Patient Panel – 450 patients' maxAdministrative time included in scheduleNo nights or weekends100% outpatientDedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler)Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseasesValue Based CareBenefitsPaid Time Off -33 days PTOComprehensive Benefit PackageHealth, Dental, Vision and supplemental benefits plans for the provider in their family401K – 5.5% match$3,500 + 1 weekClinic offers:Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and moreHolistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and NutritionDoor to Door TransportationRequirementsM.D or D.OClear and Active medical licenseActive DEA licenseBoard certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine2+ years of experience in Primary Care Outpatient settingBilingual: English & Spanish (preferred, not required)Proficiency in suturing for minor wound closuresJoint Injections: Competence in administering joint injections for pain management.Skin Biopsies: Capability to perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes.Wound Care: Ability to manage and provide comprehensive wound care.Salary Description $300,000
