Trust and Estates Associate

We are Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law"), a nationally recognized regional law firm supported by a team of T&E attorneys that advise business owners and high net worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and administration issues. Role Overview This position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our growing Trusts & Estates Practice and to work alongside experienced attorneys in a dynamic, supportive, and professional environment. Responsibilities Support senior attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and administrative matters. Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of estate planning documents. Help coordinate trust administration tasks, including asset valuation, distributions, and reporting. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of estate plans. Qualifications 4+ years of broad experience supporting senior attorneys in estate planning and administration. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Admission to the New Jersey bar is required; admission to the New York bar is preferred. LL.M. is a plus.
