You’ll collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure holistic support.If you’re client-focused, compassionate, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you!Position Perks & Benefits:29 Days of PTOEmployee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more**Competitive 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan – up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employeesCompany-paid basic life insuranceEmergency Medical Leave ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts – healthcare and dependent child-careHealth & Wellness ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount ProgramKey Responsibilities:Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementationCollaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plansUtilize a strengths-based approach that incorporates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBTProvide behavioral interventions using methods including cognitive processing, operant conditioning, and group dynamicsCoordinate care with external providers including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizationsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progressFacilitate PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) group sessions as aligned with treatment plan goalsParticipate in ongoing staff development and training opportunitiesContribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection and reportingBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with families, schools, and community supportsEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field; orBachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and two years of qualifying experience*; orAny four-year combination of higher education and related experience; orAssociate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support; orFour years of qualifying experience**Qualifying experience includes working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
