Responsibilities

Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.

Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods

Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs

Match applicants with the best available opportunities

Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process

Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates

Qualifications

Self-starter who enjoys working independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized with good time management

Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools

Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided
