LOCATION: Gatesville, Texas

Pay: $21.50 - $26.50/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Begin each day with a 6:30 AM safety meeting
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Work in small, highly collaborative teams (2-3 welders)
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform MIG welding and fabrication on carbon steel components
• Assemble, fit, and weld parts to precise specifications
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices

✅ What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of MIG welding experience (school or work experience accepted)
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
• Experience welding carbon steel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flux-core welding experience
• Ability to pass a weld bend test and perform bevel welds
• TIG welding experience
• Experience welding stainless steel

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Open-air, climate-regulated welding facility
• Consistent work schedule with overtime opportunities available
• Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gatesville, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $26.37/hr.
