Assembly Tech

Job Description: Mechanic tech with knowledge in Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Pump Drives and Equipment Assembly. Strong Mechanical background is mandatory. You will be working in the assembly of various vacuum pumping machines that incorporate Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, pumps and motors, mechanical drives, PTO systems and more... Must be able to follow directions and be a team player. Salary depends on experience. Job is: Full Time Work Hours 6am-4:30pm Please check normal work days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Number of Years of Education Needed? 12 Specialized education required? Duties include: Fit up and welding steel tanks up to 4000 gallons Shearing and bending steel sheet and plate Fabricating sub-frames and trailer frames Fabricating a wide variety of components

Capabilities Must have a good knowledge of MIG welding

Familiar with Steel Fabricating Equipment, Shears, Brakes, Saws, Etc. Good mechanical background Must be able to work from drawings Must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting up to 50lbs General math knowledge Must have good work ethics

Shop Equipment you will be using... MIG and TIG Welders Press Brake, Shear, Plate Roll, Angle Roll Band Saw, Chop Saw Lathe, Milling Machine, Drill Press Plasma Table Huge assortment of hand tools
