VIP Hospitality Executive

Position Overview VIP Hospitality Executive holds an elevated role, essential for delivering exclusive access and personalized experiences to qualified VIP & Premier Access guests. This position is responsible for coordinating high‑end amenities and fostering strong relationships with Fontainebleau’s distinguished non‑gaming clientele. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Identifies high‑value hospitality clients, cultivating relationships that drive incremental bookings and maximize overall spend Maintains and enhances the VIP & Premier Access database through diligent guest registration and activation processes Provides exemplary guest service, fostering positive interactions, demonstrating resilience in handling challenges, and supporting collaboration across teams Executes proactive outreach through sales calls, emails, tailored letters, and in‑person engagements to boost bookings for accommodations, dining, entertainment, spa, salon, and nightlife experiences Responds professionally and promptly to VIP & Premier Access guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring each interaction is personalized and solution‑oriented Oversees and coordinates comprehensive arrangements for VIP & Premier Access, including room bookings, dining reservations, show tickets, transportation, and special requests on and off property with keen attention to detail Partners and fosters relationships with key resort departments, including Concierge, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Spa, Sales and Catering, Security, Front Services, Casino VIP Services, Casino Host Teams, to fulfill special requests and deliver a seamless guest experience Manages guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and a commitment to excellence Remains well‑informed on all resort offerings, events, and promotional activities, as well as local attractions, to provide insightful recommendations Manages complimentary expenses to ensure the revenue margin meets profitability guidelines Prepares weekly guest reports providing relevant updates and insights Ensures billing accuracy prior to guest departure, tracks spending, and evaluates guest activity and stay frequency to offer potential upgrades, room adjustments, and preferred rates for future reservations Creates and communicates detailed pre‑arrival information and guest itineraries, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints Gathers and utilizes guest preferences to enhance personalization and elevate the guest experience Upholds Fontainebleau’s Culture and Values in all guest and team interactions, ensuring a consistent standard of service Qualification Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience in high‑end hospitality or customer service, ideally within a casino or luxury resort Preferred proficiency in Property Management Systems, such as HMS, Amadeus, Alliants, Santa Cruz, SevenRooms, and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences Comfortable working in close quarters and high‑stress environments Must be at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent required Salary $70000 per year – $90000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Fontainebleau Las Vegas
