Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships across the Early Childhood Development sector. This role will report to the CEO and partner with other departmental leaders. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled team to advance the leading SaaS ERP solution for the Early Childhood Education market. We operate nationally, partnering with the largest and most successful organizations in the industry. Our software provides case management, compliance monitoring, EHR, and fiscal oversight functionality that drives the success of these organizations. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the performance, development, and alignment of Marking, Sales, and Business Development Representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives Drive revenue growth through the identification of new opportunities and market expansion Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to maximize individual and team potential Lead the recruiting, hiring, and provision of appropriate training for development of sales staff Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with key clients, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders Oversee the sales process, track performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets Support Business Development Representatives in connecting with high-value targets Support Marketing efforts with ensuring our presence is known and established as a leader in our space Support Sales Representatives with the closing of leads, to include activities such as performing key presentations and facilitating contract negotiations Desired Skills And Experience Experience within the Early Childhood Development sector including knowledge of agency operations Excellent leadership abilities, fostering a positive and motivated team culture Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities Ability to work collaboratively across departments and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven track record of success in leading sales teams within the software industry (ideally B2B) A passion for technology and an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence Experience with managing CRM software #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
