What You'll Do Run daily front-of-house operations and hold a high standard of hospitality on every shift Touch tables — catch issues early and make it right. Train and lead your FOH team from the ground up Own coffee, wine, and beer ordering, inventory, and cost controls Plan, organize, and execute catering and in-house events alongside the broader team Drive sales and profit growth aligned with budget expectations Execute company service standards, policies, and procedures with consistency Lead by example — model the values of the business every single day What You'll Look For 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience Coffee and breakfast program experience strongly preferred Proven ability to build sales, drive guest satisfaction, and develop strong teams A track record of hiring and keeping quality people Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment Genuine passion for food, hospitality, and building a culture people are proud to be part of Growth potential — this role has a path upward for the right person Ready to lead a team that's proud to serve their neighborhood?
