Snack bar Attendants

Forest Highlands Country Club is seeking energetic and service-focused Snack Bar Attendants for the 2026 season. In this role, you will be responsible for creating positive guest interactions while serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.Attendants are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs at all times. Ensuring members feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and relaxed. This includes member recognition, strong menu knowledge, and proper service execution. Basic cooking knowledge is required, as this position prepares and serves quick-service food items.Position Responsibilities:Prepare sandwiches and other quick-service food itemsProvide prompt food and beverage service to patronsSuggest menu items, including food and beverage pairingsSet out napkins, utensils, and necessary service itemsEnsure condiments and supplies are stocked and replenishedObtain member signatures on receiptsPerform additional related duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or at least two years of high school educationMust have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s CardPrevious restaurant or server experience preferredFamiliarity with basic cooking skillsAbility to pass a background checkStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with a positive and professional attitudeHighly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAbility to multitask effectively during busy timesAvailability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPerks of Working Here:Competitive wageComplimentary employee shift mealEmployee discount programComplimentary golf and tennisEmployee Assistance ProgramSupportive and team-oriented work environmentThis job posting is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities.
