Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00 Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 3 days per week Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and hospital outpatient Types of Cases: Hematology and oncology patients, chemotherapy management, bone marrow biopsies, 1-3 consults per week, 15-18 patients per day Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days after receiving documents Electronic Medical Record: EClinicalWorks and Meditech Certifications Required: Board Certified Hematology and Oncology, Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration registration Licensure Required: Oregon medical license (preferred at submission; must obtain during credentialing if not already licensed) Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
