Energy & Power Property Advisor - Digital Infrastructure

Marsh is seeking candidates for our open Energy & Power Property Advisor – Digital Infrastructure position based in our New York, Houston, or Los Angeles offices. Associate Client Advisor What can you expect Becoming a member of Marsh's best-in-class Power & Energy team who delivers expert broking & strategy solutions to help manage risk with confidence. Develop an understanding of clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide knowledge and advice to complex clients. Help identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients. Complete policy management activities and deliver reviewed policy to client, addressing client inquiries as necessary. Deliver technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFPs. Work with various Energy Property Insurance markets to place Marsh clients with best terms and conditions available in the marketplace. We will count on you to Act as lead advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business. Develop renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive and execute in accordance with client instructions. Analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis to more senior Advisory colleagues and/or clients to develop solutions and renewals. Support more senior Advisory colleagues to reach business goals and RFPs through research and document preparation to support the design, development, and marketing of new insurance and risk products. Manage follow-up on coverage changes with underwriters to ensure coverage specifications are correct. Build and maintain client and market contact at appropriate levels to execute effectively on client’s program. What you need to have 2-3 years Property Commercial Experience, & Energy & Power experience preferred. P&C license mandatory, or ability to obtain. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
