Opening: Registered Nurse
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $40-48 DOE

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected and growing outpatient medical practice. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative clinical environment, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do

• Partner closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care.
• Prepare patients, exam rooms, and medical equipment for appointments and procedures.
• Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and diagnostic testing.
• Observe, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, including patient education, phone encounters, and test results.
• Process prescription refills and medication orders as directed by providers.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• EMR experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.
