We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting.Responsibilities include:Performing routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming;Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of trash in designated containers.Surface cleaning, safely using appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned.Work collaboratively with the team to meet ServiceMaster cleaning standards.Communicate professionally with clients and address specific cleaning needs.Report any issues or concerns including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.Following company and client safety procedures is of the utmost importance.Qualifications:Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.Must be able to work at different sites.Requirements:1-3 years expAvailability to work 15-20 hours per week.Availability to work Mornings and/or EveningsReliable transportationPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.Benefits:Competitive hourly wageFlexible work schedulesOpportunities for additional hours and advancement within the company.Paid trainingIf you take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we invite you to apply for the Part-Time Janitor position today and become a part of ServiceMaster, one of the most respected professional cleaning companies in the Country.
