Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Managing the Revenue Cycle Services Team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee daily activities, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality revenue cycle services to enhance client efficiency and revenue objectives. Key responsibilities Supervise and evaluate the Revenue Cycle Team's performance, delegating tasks and monitoring progress for compliance with policies Coordinate daily team activities and onboard new members to ensure consistent performance and engagement Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with management to improve cash flow and reduce denials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields; or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role Extensive experience with MEDITECH or other EMR systems Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and third-party billing requirements Experience in mentoring team members and creating action plans based on financial goals
