• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Build relationships and understand each customer's vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process from start to finish.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn product knowledge and stay up to date on new inventory.
• Work with the finance and management teams to provide the best customer experience.
• Generate leads through phone calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Meet personal and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
