You will work across the product development lifecycle, ensuring the products meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while maintaining rigorous control over product baselines, documentation, software/hardware versions, and change management processes. You will create and foster a culture of collaboration, risk mitigation, and excellence through the application of QA and CM practices.This is a hands-on role on a mission-critical program. Your work directly contributes to matters of national security. You will help the team evolve a TRL-5 prototype system into a TRL-8 product in support of a classified customer pilot deployment as part of a newly formed and growing cyber solutions line of business.What You'll Be DoingLead, advocate, and maintain the organization’s quality assurance processes and standardsDevelop, implement, and improve QA procedures, plans, and metricsOversee product and process quality throughout development, production, and releaseDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issuesPartner with engineering and operations teams to resolve product and process issuesEstablish and enforce configuration management policies, procedures, and toolsControl product baselines for hardware, software, firmware, and related documentation throughout development, test, deployment and operationsChair or support change control boards and engineering review boardsCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, program management, procurement, and customer-facing teams to balance priorities for control and paceWhat Required Skills You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, or related engineering support functionsExperience with document control, change management, and product lifecycle processesKnowledge of quality systems, audits, CAPA, nonconformance management, and root cause analysisFamiliarity with configuration management principles including baselines, revisions, and release controlsExperience working with requirements tracking, agile project management, and Product/Application Lifecyle Management systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAn active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.What Desired Skills You'll BringExperience in a regulated or highly controlled industry such as aerospace, defense, medical device, automotive, or industrial manufacturingFamiliarity with standards such as: ISO 9001, AS9100, CMMI, CMMCCertification(s) such as: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Configuration Management certification, PMP or similar project leadership credentialSecurity Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
