This position will support business integration and change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operational functions. The role involves identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.Key Responsibilities* Support business integration and change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.* Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve business processes.* Document current and future-state processes and support implementation of improvements.* Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.* Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations to track performance and integration progress.* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project execution.* Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.* Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, action items, and process materials.* Support development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and other change-management documentation.Required Qualifications* A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business integration, project coordination, operations, supply chain, or a related area.* Experience supporting business transformation, integration, or change-management initiatives.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functional teams.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, metals, chemicals, or a related industry.* Knowledge of commercial operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes.* Experience with process improvement and optimization.* Experience with SAP or another ERP system.* Familiarity with project management and business process mapping.Key Skills* Business Process Improvement* Change Management* Data Analysis & Reporting* Project Coordination* Stakeholder Management* Cross-Functional Collaboration* Problem Solving* Communication & Presentation *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
