Dietary Services Supervisor: Lead Food Production & Nutrition

Rome Health is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our Food and Nutrition team. The Dietary Supervisor's Duties Will Include Direction the work flow of departmental employees. Responsible for the functions of food production, cafeteria, and tray line, dishwashing, and receiving of food. Actively supervises dietary employees in departmental activities. Complies with personnel policies, as well as state and local regulations. Provides input and help establish departmental policies and procedures. Education, Training, Experience, Certification, And Licensure A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Coursework in food and nutrition or a two-year degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred.
