As a Service Advisor/Assistant Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, responsible for:

Putting Customer Satisfaction first and building loyal relationships.

Identifying customer concerns and presenting solutions with confidence.

Showcasing the Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) to earn trust and boost sales.

Delivering invoices like a pro — reviewing work performed, warranties, and next service recommendations.

2+ years in an auto repair/service environment (preferred).
