Medical Lab Tech (Certified Mt/Mlt) Part-Time

Harrison County Hospital is hiring a Medical Lab Tech (Certified MT/MLT) part-time for onsite evening/night coverage in Corydon, IN (2431 hours/week). This role supports accurate, timely laboratory information for diagnosis, treatment, and patient monitoring. Key responsibilities include specimen collection and processing; performing laboratory tests and reporting results; and completing essential lab operations such as inventory management and supply ordering, quality control and proficiency testing, competency support, procedure development, and performance improvement activities.

Required qualifications/skills:

AMT or ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
Qualified as CLIA88 General Supervisor/testing personnel
Associates or Bachelors degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology
13 years of clinical hospital experience preferred
Completion of annual PPD testing and annual fire/safety training
Adherence to the hospital Corporate Compliance Plan
