SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.

SambaNova is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale our global partner marketing strategy and programs. This role will work across strategic technology, channel, and ecosystem partners to develop joint go-to-market programs that increase awareness, engage target accounts, and contribute to the pipeline.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Growth, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and our partner organizations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable building the partner marketing framework while also driving campaigns, joint activations, enablement, and programs from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the global partner marketing strategy, aligned to SambaNova's awareness, target-account, and pipeline goals.
• Build integrated "Better Together" campaigns with strategic partners, translating joint value propositions into awareness and demand programs.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans across digital, content, events, executive programs, ABM, and field activations.
• Serve as the central marketing lead for SambaNova's strategic partner relationships, coordinating priorities and plans across internal and partner teams.
• Partner closely with regional Field + Partner Marketing teams to activate global partner strategies in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own and scale SambaAcademy partner enablement, ensuring partners have access to the training, messaging, content, and assets needed to effectively represent SambaNova.
• Build a scalable partner marketing framework including joint planning, MDF, campaign execution, enablement, measurement, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to amplify SambaNova through partner channels, audiences, events, executive relationships, and ecosystems.
• Work with Product Marketing and technical teams to translate partner integrations and technical differentiation into compelling joint stories and programs.
• Establish KPIs and measure the impact of partner marketing on awareness, engagement, target-account penetration, and pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful experience in partner, alliance, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
• Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology partners.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, content, events, ABM, field, and partner channels.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional and cross-company relationships and move programs forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Comfortable working with technical products and translating complex technology into compelling partner stories and campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring partner program performance and pipeline impact.
• Experience in AI, infrastructure, semiconductors, cloud, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred.

Base Salary Range:

$196,000 - $240,000 USD
