Job Overview Pay starts at $16.50/hour +Tips +Bonus. Be a Leader. Be a Difference Maker. At our restaurant, Shift Leaders are hands‑on leaders who set the tone for each shift. You’ll lead by example, work side‑by‑side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed. What You’ll Do Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site. Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small. Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time. Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best. Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred). A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills. Someone who leads by doing—not just directing. Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
