Job Duties

As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Processing payments accurately and professionally

Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors

Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival

Performing general administrative and clerical tasks

Assisting with basic office correspondence and record keeping

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic office software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional phone etiquette

Strong customer service abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday

Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment

Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 20 pounds

Work is performed in a professional indoor office environment

Must be able to communicate effectively with the public, coworkers, and leadership
