Management Responsibilities:

Oversee all areas of the restaurant, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Address guest complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure team training aligns with IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Recruit, hire, and supervise a talented team.
Foster positive relationships with management, staff, and vendors.
Achieve financial goals and drive local marketing efforts.
Flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
