HVAC Customer Service Representative | Fruitland Park, FL | Full Time | In Office

Join a residential heating and air company that has served Lake County and the surrounding communities for more than 60 years. When a homeowner's air goes out in July, you are the first voice they hear, and how that call goes shapes the whole experience.

This is an in-office role for someone who is genuinely good with people and calm under pressure. You will book calls, manage the schedule, and keep customers informed from first call to completed job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer inbound calls and book service appointments

Coordinate the daily schedule with dispatch and the technician team

Follow up with customers on scheduling, arrival windows, and job status

Maintain accurate customer records in our system

Support maintenance agreement renewals and outbound follow-up calls

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Customer service or call handling experience, ideally in home services or a trade

A warm phone presence and clear written communication

Strong organization and the ability to juggle a moving schedule

Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer work

Patience and composure during peak season

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, full time, in office.
