Senior Project Manager, Construction

Overview JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver outstanding projects for our clients in the commercial real estate sector. The role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring timely, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional project management services across all project phases. Plan, budget, schedule, and execute projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their goals and objectives. Champion JLL's values of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in commercial real estate. Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Experience leading projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare. Experience in change management and driving innovation. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
