Location: Franklin, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM | Monday-Friday

From Prep to Presentation (Job Duties)

Clean, vacuum, wash, and detail units to auction-ready standards

Remove dirt, debris, and interior/exterior imperfections to maximize appeal

Maintain consistent quality across a high-volume production environment

Move and stage units safely in and out of detailing and holding areas

Work efficiently to meet tight auction schedules and turnaround times

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Support team workflow to ensure readiness for scheduled auction runs

Built for the Work (Requirements)

Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate and move units on site

Experience in detailing, cleaning, or preparation work preferred

Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality presentation standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

Dependable attendance and strong punctuality in a production-driven setting

Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and workflow standards

Team-oriented mindset with a strong, consistent work ethic
