This role is for someone who understands the real-world demands of automotive and/or commercial truck fixed operations and knows how to create results in service, parts, and leadership performance. What You Will Be Responsible For * Implementing a system/process in a dealership’s fixed operations, and driving performance and removing the true barriers to profitability * Coaching leaders in service, parts, and fixed ops on execution, accountability, and process discipline * Improving labor sales, gross profit, technician productivity, efficiency, staffing effectiveness, and customer retention * Helping dealerships eliminate drift, strengthen culture, and operate with greater consistency * Turning under-performing departments into more profitable, scale-able, and customer-focused operations * Serving as a trusted partner who can challenge leadership and help drive meaningful change What We Need * Strong dealership fixed operations experience in automotive and/or commercial truck * Background as a Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director, Parts Manager, GM, Dealer Operator, or high-level consultant/coach * A track record of improving performance, profitability, and accountability * The ability to diagnose root causes, not just react to surface problems * Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, influence, and challenge others * Willingness to travel and work directly with dealership teams onsite Who You Are You are not afraid of hard truths.
