Your Daily Grind (Key Responsibilities): Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with care and precision. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the café is always welcoming. Operate equipment safely and efficiently (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes!). Assist with restocking supplies and keeping inventory in check. Work collaboratively with your team to keep things running smoothly. What You Bring to the Table (Required Skills & Qualifications): No prior experience required! We welcome all levels of expertise. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with reliability and flexibility.
