Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator located at our dealership in Golden Valley, MN. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments, answering and directing calls professionally, and assisting with receptionist and administrative duties. Ideal candidates have one year customer service experience and must be organized, respectful, responsible, customer focused, and task-oriented. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to handle detail- oriented work is critical. Compensation $25/hour Job Responsibilities Answering multi line phone systems and greeting customers. Providing professional, EXCEPTIONAL customer service and processing customer orders. Troubleshoot and research customer inquiries. Closing out on all documents related to the purchase including state and loan documents. Work Schedule Week A: Monday–Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm Week B: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm Fridays & Saturdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm Sunday: Off Education/Experience High school or equivalent (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits Health Insurance 401K Paid Time Off & Holidays Location Interested in applying?
