Job Details

• Work closely with partners and fiduciaries on post-death trust administration
• Handle trust distributions, asset allocation, and beneficiary communication
• Prepare and review trust accountings
• Address legal questions related to trustee duties, distributions, and liabilities
• Coordinate with CPAs on estate and fiduciary tax matters
• Draft related legal documents and correspondence

Looking For:

• J.D. and active California bar license - open to experienced Trust Administrators
• 4+ years of experience in trust administration
