What You'll Do:

As a Field Operator III, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating equipment in the Permian region, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your mechanical background and problem-solving skills will be key as you troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and support the ongoing success of operations. Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience
• Proven troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Knowledge of compression systems
• Familiarity with field operations in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a ½ ton truck

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with oilfield equipment and OG experience
• Previous experience working with compressors and related machinery

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
• Prior experience in field operations or similar roles in the oil and gas sector

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates preferred for quicker response times and logistical ease
• Ability to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
