What You'll Do

• Assess patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive functions
• Develop targeted treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Coordinate and update individualized treatment regimes with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, prognosis, and interventions
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
• Recommend adaptive equipment and support patient independence
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with policies
• Promote community education and occupational therapy awareness

What You Need

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• At least 0 years of relevant experience (new grads welcome)
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
