How you will contribute to our TEAM: 

• Identifyconstruction decision makers and construction leads; negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Build positive relationships with existing customers and obtain new leads.
• Know and understand the needs of our topclientsincluding managers and supervisors.
• Apply construction knowledge toassistclients with decision-making and developing good scopes of work.
• Assistestimator/superintendents with job scopes,estimatesand production of work.
• Generate competitive proposalsin a timely mannerand close sales.
• Participatein pre- construction,progressand final jobmeeting.
• Inspect job sites, communicate withsuperintendentand project managers, etc., to provideaccurateandtimelyupdates to customers and Company employees.
• Enhance profits usingtimely,accurateinvoicing and collections of payments.
• Develop good relationships with new customers and write thank you notes to clients
• Create andmaintaina customer account database on all levels.
• ReviewCustomerlist monthly anddeterminecustomer status.
• Represent Company to the industryand atindustry organizations/events including local and state apartment associations.
• Entertain customers at different local andstatevenues/events.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports andparticipatein sales meetings.
• ServeCompanyin anycapacityrequested during catastrophic events.
• Follow Company core values.

Requirements of the Role:

• Experience in the multi-family industry highly preferred
• Account executive mustpossessoutstanding social skills and the ability to communicate andnegotiateto increase sales
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must be able to meet multiple, conflicting deadlines and creatively solve problems. 
• Basic user of Microsoft Excel,Wordand Outlook
• Salesforce Experience is a plus
