The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative & Design Manager to set the visual and verbal bar for the Finix brand: someone who has written copy, shaped brand identity, and built web pages and campaign assets themselves, and now brings that range to every campaign, launch, and customer touchpoint across the marketing team.

You'll own our creative output end-to-end: brand, campaign, and web design, working directly with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and Sr Organic Growth Manager on the assets that carry our paid and organic programs. This is a high-visibility role. Your work will be the face of Finix in every deck, ad, and event, with direct exposure to senior leadership on brand direction.

\n Your Team:

You'll join a collaborative marketing team and work cross-functionally with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Organic Growth Manager, and Senior Field & Community Manager on campaign, content, and event assets. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the CEO on brand direction for high-visibility moments.

You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it. What you'll do:

• Establish and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity across copy, web, and digital and offline creative

• Design and build landing pages, ad creative, sales collateral, one-pagers, and campaign assets that convert

• Write and edit copy for campaigns, web, and sales enablement alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Organic Growth Manager

• Guide projects from concept through final execution, keeping quality high while managing multiple projects at once

• Produce creative for field marketing and community programs including event signage, dinner invites, swag, and sponsorship assets

• Manage relationships with freelance designers, photographers, and video editors as project volume requires

• Present creative concepts and final deliverables to marketing leadership and stakeholders across the company

• Stay current on design trends, tools, and formats, including AI-assisted creative tools, and bring the best of them into our process

What you bring:

• 5+ years in a creative, brand, or design role, with a portfolio demonstrating copywriting, brand development, and web/digital design

• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and familiarity with tools like Webflow or similar web builders

• Strong writing ability: you can carry a brand's voice across a landing page, an ad, and a one-pager

• Experience taking a project from brief to final asset with minimal oversight

• Excellent communication and time-management skills, and comfort giving and receiving direct feedback

What would make us excited:

• Experience in fintech, payments, or at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company

• Video editing or motion graphics experience

• Experience building or scaling a creative function from an early stage

• Background in performance/direct-response creative, not just brand
