What You Will Do

• Follow up with inbound leads
• Conduct customer reviews
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain activity and follow-up schedules
• Participate in ongoing training and licensing development

Strong communication skills

Comfortable speaking with customers by phone

Willingness to learn and obtain insurance licenses

Coachable and growth-oriented

Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred but not required
