QIDP Assistant & Training Lead 1st Shift

HILLS & DALES CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a QIDP Assistant. This role involves assisting the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional in the implementation of resident support plans and training for optimal employee performance in the ICF Program Department. The position requires rotating shift oversight with primarily 1st shift hours starting between 5AM-6AM, including weekend rotations.
