Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Coconut Creek, FL
• Specialty: Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice or Internist
• Type of Position: Permanent Full Time
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date: 45-60 days
• Facility Type: Clinic
• Clinical Setting: Outpatient
• Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Adults only.
• Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days
• Location: Coconut Creek, FL
• Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure
• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates?: No visa or ACN candidates
• Compensation: Base Salary $235,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary
• Benefits Offered: Paid malpractice with Tail, Life insurance, relocation assistance, Health savings account, Medical, PTO (18-37 days annually) 401k and CME allowance of $2000/year.

• Other preferences: Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
