Fire Protection Engineer

A growing multidisciplinary engineering and architecture consulting firm is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to support the design and analysis of fire protection and life safety systems across federal, institutional, municipal, and industrial projects. Atlanta, GA | Hybrid (1 Day In-Office, 4 Days Remote) Responsibilities Design fire alarm, fire suppression, and passive fire protection systems Perform life safety and building code analyses Develop reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate fire protection systems with multidisciplinary project teams Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction administration activities Review shop drawings and support system installation and commissioning efforts Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program PE license in Fire Protection Engineering required 4+ years of fire protection engineering experience Strong knowledge of fire and life safety codes, standards, and system design Experience with Revit, hydraulic calculation software, and engineering design tools Ability to obtain a security clearance What's Offered Competitive compensation and employee ownership opportunities Flexible hybrid schedule with just 1 day in the office and 4 days working remotely 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects with a collaborative and growing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
