Benefits Employee discounts About the Role Affordable Auto Sales of Michigan is looking to add to our growing team! We are looking for a candidate for a full time sales position. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, showing vehicles, preparing sales paperwork, and customer satisfaction. Preferably 1 year or more of sales experience, Required. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have basic computer skills such as using a web browser, Google Docs, Google Sheets, scan, copy, and fax. General vehicle knowledge is a plus. Our dealership is open 9:30am-6:30pm M-F and 11am-3pm Saturday. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide expert guidance on our diverse inventory of used vehicles. Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features effectively. Assist in negotiating sales and closing deals to meet sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and vehicle specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and follow-ups. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Passion for automobiles and knowledge of vehicle features and benefits. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
